Dr Melissa Charles has worked as a small animal veterinarian in accident and emergency veterinary medicine for the past 10 years. Through her experience she realised that a lot of injuries to animals or caused by animals often happen at night and are largely preventable. It is through her expertise she has developed this pet safety product range designed specifically by 'a vet for the SAFETY of your pet.'

Linda Prins has worked in the sports safety industry for the past ten years specialising in safety harnesses, life jackets and wetsuits for people. In her experience safety is priority and only the highest quality materials and components have been sourced to use in the
Savvy DOG be seen be safe™ pet wear range. Her fine attention to detail ensures a quality product is always delivered in keeping your pets safe.

As Melissa and Linda are both dog loving owners, the product range has also been developed for enjoying the great outdoors no matter the weather in a comfortable, safer and sporty new look ranging from high visibility reflective neoprene collars, leads, safety harnesses, running jackets, lifejackets and much more.
Savvy DOG be seen be safe™ has also included a brand new LED light technology system adding to the visibility of your pet. In keeping in line with safety a variety of accessory products for your home and car are also available through Savvy DOG be seen be safe™.

Savvy DOG be seen be safe™ has a small factory located in Ottery, Cape Town. We pride ourselves with the fact that all our materials and products are locally sourced and produced. Our team of talented seamstresses endeavour to produce the best quality product for your pet.
Savvy DOG be seen be safe™ is a unique pet product safety range that has been designed by a vet for the safety of your pet.
